Key Responsibilities

- Manage cross-functional teams, including security analysts, network engineers, developers, and compliance officers, to achieve project goals.

- Identify, assess, and proactively manage cybersecurity risks, vulnerabilities, and project-level issues.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party engagements related to cybersecurity solutions and services.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and resource utilization, providing regular status reports and escalating deviations as necessary.
- Champion cybersecurity best practices and promote security awareness throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 4 years specifically managing cybersecurity projects.
- Proven experience with cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls.
- Strong understanding of network security, cloud security, data protection, and threat intelligence.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical security concepts into business terms for non-technical audiences.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
