About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT software implementation projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
- Oversee software installation, configuration, integration, and testing processes.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to management and clients.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify lessons learned for future projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as an IT Project Manager, specifically with software implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and methodologies.
- Familiarity with various software types and their implementation challenges.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical teams and non-technical clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with CRM or ERP system implementations is a plus.
