About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse construction and development projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budgets, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement timely corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Manage project finances, including budget control and cost forecasting.

Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering medium to large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in the **UK**.
- Experience with contract management and procurement processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
