About the Role
Our client, a rapidly growing global provider of cutting-edge Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, is looking for an experienced Remote Project Manager to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of SaaS implementation projects, from initial client onboarding to successful go-live and post-implementation support.
- Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, set milestones, and track progress against objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients, sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct client requirements gathering sessions, translating business needs into actionable project tasks.
- Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks, risks, and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines.
- Manage client expectations, providing regular status updates and managing scope changes effectively.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and documentation for end-users.
- Ensure client satisfaction and contribute to long-term client retention through successful project delivery.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation processes and best practices for remote project management.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on software implementation, particularly SaaS solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a remote setting.
- Excellent understanding of SaaS technologies and common implementation methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients virtually.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with international clients is a significant advantage.
- Must be legally authorized to work remotely from the UK .
