About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within the residential or commercial property sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Experience in managing budgets and controlling project costs.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and relevant construction tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
