About the Role
Our client, a leading player in the industrial services sector, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of enterprise systems, such as ERP or CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) from planning to post-go-live support.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment strategy.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT specialists, business analysts, end-users, and vendor resources.

Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience, with a significant focus on implementing large-scale enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SCM).
- Proven track record of successfully managing system implementation projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and system integration principles.
- Experience in managing project budgets and vendor relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with change management processes and user training strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or relevant IT project management certifications are highly desirable.
