About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor development teams on agile best practices and principles.
- Collaborate with product owners to define and refine the product backlog and sprint goals.
- Track project progress using agile metrics and tools, identifying and addressing impediments promptly.
- Ensure clear and effective communication between development teams, stakeholders, and management.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery of software releases.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the development team.
- Contribute to the improvement of agile processes and practices across the organization.
- Manage risks and dependencies associated with software development projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other agile frameworks.
- Experience managing software development projects from inception to deployment.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred; certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or PMP are a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
