About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end digital transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Manage risks and issues, proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with remote team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Utilize collaboration tools and platforms to ensure seamless project execution.
- Track project progress, prepare regular status reports, and present findings to management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within project teams.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience managing digital transformation, software development, or IT projects.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, PMP-ACP) are highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage remote teams and facilitate effective virtual collaboration.
- Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack, Teams).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, adapted for a remote setting.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively in a fully remote capacity.
- Must be based in the UK.
