About the Role
Our client seeks a dynamic Agile Project Manager to drive projects within their innovative technology division in Birmingham . This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless execution of software development and digital transformation initiatives, applying Agile principles to enhance team productivity and product quality. You will foster a collaborative environment, facilitating communication between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile project execution, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress and productivity.
- Track project progress using Agile metrics and provide regular status reports to leadership.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices to foster a self-organizing and high-performing environment.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software and project deliverables.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management software and Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
