About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Lead project teams, providing direction, motivation, and performance management.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project progress, key milestones, and challenges to all relevant stakeholders through regular reports and meetings.

Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in a dedicated project management role, with a proven history of delivering complex projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
