About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, ensuring on-time, in-budget delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives, in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource requirements, and risk assessments.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the remote team and with all relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a significant portion in a remote capacity.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional projects.
- Expertise in Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, adapted for remote interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification strongly preferred.
