About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of project managers and project coordinators.
- Develop and implement standardized project management processes and templates.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project goals.
- Conduct regular project reviews, identifying potential risks and developing proactive solutions.
- Ensure all projects adhere to the company's quality and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large, complex projects with significant budgets.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent understanding of risk management and problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience with various project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Relevant professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner is highly desirable.
