About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects , from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets for IT initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation of new software, hardware, and IT infrastructure projects.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive reports to senior management and relevant parties.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure performance meets contractual obligations and project goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager , with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and software development lifecycles.
- Proven experience managing technology projects , including system implementations and upgrades.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership , communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Relevant IT certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL are advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in our Birmingham office.
