About the Role
Our client is seeking an organized and proactive IT Project Manager to join their dynamic team, potentially with remote working options. You will be responsible for managing a variety of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and effectively to meet business needs. This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems and a proven ability to coordinate project activities, manage resources, and communicate progress to stakeholders. You will play a key part in enhancing our client's technological capabilities from their Wolverhampton base or remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Acquire and develop project resources, including team members and vendors.
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, focusing on IT solutions.
- Identify and resolve issues and risks that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project updates and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Ensure all projects meet the required quality standards and business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven working experience in IT project management .
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
