About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the construction project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closeout.

- Lead and motivate project teams, including site staff and subcontractors.
- Manage client relationships, providing regular progress updates and ensuring satisfaction.
- Procure necessary materials and services, negotiating favourable terms with suppliers.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector , specifically managing high-end residential developments.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract management, and financial controls.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- SMSTS or similar relevant health and safety certification.
