About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive Lead Project Manager to spearhead a variety of impactful projects within their Birmingham operations. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for guiding project teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery processes. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle for a portfolio of projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in project management , including leading multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies and their practical application.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
