About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Project Manager to join their innovative team in Bristol . This role is integral to managing and guiding software development and IT projects using Agile methodologies, fostering a collaborative and efficient development process. You will work closely with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile project teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources within an Agile framework.
- Work closely with product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the project team and across departments.
- Ensure transparent communication and provide regular project status updates to all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Kanban.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Certification such as CSM, PSM, or PMP is highly desirable.
