About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Agile Project Manager to join their innovative team in Birmingham . You will be instrumental in guiding software development teams through the Agile lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide and coach development teams in adopting and adhering to Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product owners to ensure clear communication of requirements and priorities.
- Remove impediments and roadblocks for the development team to ensure smooth progress.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification such as CSM or PSM is preferred.
