Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction for a portfolio of complex projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy.

- Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members, fostering professional growth.
- Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and risk management for all assigned projects.

Requirements
- Over 8 years of experience in project management , with at least 3 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects remotely.
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a focus on adapting them for remote work.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
