About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of digital transformation projects , ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements for digital initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, operations, and external partners, to achieve project success.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital adoption and process changes.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive user adoption of new digital tools and platforms.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) managing complex digital transformation projects or similar strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, and automation tools.
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly in articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to drive change and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- A degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
