About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated Change Management Project Manager to lead significant organizational changes in Wolverhampton . This role is critical for ensuring that changes, whether technological, structural, or process-related, are implemented smoothly and with maximum benefit to the organization and its employees. You will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies, fostering employee buy-in, and mitigating resistance. This is an on-site role requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage directly with diverse teams across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans for organizational initiatives.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify potential points of resistance.
- Create and deliver communication and training plans to support the successful adoption of changes.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to build support for change and ensure alignment.
- Monitor the progress of change initiatives and gather feedback to address challenges and ensure effective adoption.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate change management activities into project plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience (4+ years) in change management or as a project manager with a strong change component.
- Demonstrable experience developing and implementing effective change management strategies.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence effectively.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate organizational dynamics.
- Experience in developing training materials and communication plans.
