About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated Senior Project Manager to spearhead business process improvement initiatives within their organisation in Liverpool . Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of business process improvements across the organisation.
- Conduct detailed process analysis, mapping current states and designing future states with enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage the full project lifecycle for process improvement initiatives, from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate with departmental heads and teams to ensure buy-in and successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to support change management efforts.
- Measure and report on the impact of process improvements, tracking key metrics and ensuring continuous enhancement.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on business process improvement , Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proven track record in analysing complex business processes and implementing effective solutions.
- Experience with change management strategies and stakeholder engagement is crucial.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and facilitation abilities, with experience in presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Relevant certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt) is highly desirable.
