About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Project Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives for their operations based out of Manchester . Key Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, planning, and execution of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management , with a significant focus on digital transformation and IT projects.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-faceted digital initiatives in a large organization.
- Strong understanding of agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and other relevant frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience with change management principles and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
