You will be responsible for guiding agile development teams through the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Manage agile software development projects from concept to deployment, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Track project progress, identify impediments, and implement solutions to ensure continuous delivery.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all team members and stakeholders through virtual channels.
- Manage project risks and dependencies, proactively identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing software development projects , preferably in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with experience managing distributed teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
