About the Role
Our client is looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to join their growing team, offering a hybrid working model that blends remote flexibility with in-office collaboration. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and managing deviations.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
- Facilitate effective communication between IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
Requirements
- Proven track record as an IT Project Manager with 5+ years of experience.
- Experience with hybrid work environments and managing projects with both remote and on-site team members.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and system implementations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant IT or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
