About the Role
Our client seeks a skilled and organized IT Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Birmingham . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of various IT projects. You will work closely with stakeholders across different departments to define project requirements, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and IT infrastructure teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Communicate project status, updates, and potential challenges to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project documentation requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management.
- Demonstrated experience with project management software and tools.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies .
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
