About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Blockchain Project Manager to lead complex projects within the crypto and blockchain space. As a fully remote role, you will coordinate efforts across globally distributed teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery of innovative blockchain solutions. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of project management methodologies and the nuances of blockchain technology development. You will be instrumental in guiding projects from inception to completion, fostering collaboration and driving efficiency in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize blockchain projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Coordinate the efforts of internal team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular progress reports and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager , preferably within the tech or software development industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects involving blockchain technology or cryptocurrencies.
- Solid understanding of project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a strong plus.
