About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives from their base in Stoke-on-Trent . This role requires a deep understanding of software development lifecycles, IT infrastructure, and cloud technologies. You will be responsible for driving the successful execution of critical technical projects, managing cross-functional engineering teams, and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects , including software development, system integrations, and infrastructure upgrades.

- Collaborate closely with engineering leads, product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Implement and refine Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to optimize team performance and project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to senior management and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in managing technical projects, ideally within the Stoke-on-Trent or wider Staffordshire area.
- Strong background in software development, IT infrastructure, or cloud computing environments.
- Proven expertise in Agile and DevOps practices and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, ITIL) are a plus.
