About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex projects utilizing Agile methodologies , ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for distributed teams.

Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management , with a strong focus on managing projects using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams and deliver complex projects successfully without direct physical oversight.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile principles, values, and practices, with experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote interactions.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Zoom.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or CSPO are highly valued for this remote role.
