Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize aviation projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, including acquiring resources and coordinating team members.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against these plans.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.
- 5+ years of experience managing projects within the aviation or aerospace industry.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
