About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, coordinating cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and technicians. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or PMP certification preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in project management within the aerospace or defense industry.
- Strong understanding of aerospace engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and product development lifecycles.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with significant budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
