About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Architectural Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of diverse projects from their Sheffield office. This role requires a strong blend of architectural knowledge and project management expertise to ensure successful delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to project objectives. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, managing resources, risks, and stakeholder communications. This is a key role for driving project success and ensuring high-quality architectural outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver architectural projects from inception to completion, managing all phases.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage project teams, consultants, and contractors, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Ensure projects comply with all relevant regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
Requirements
- Professional qualification in Architecture or a related construction management field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in architectural project management or a senior architectural role with PM responsibilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and BIM tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contract administration, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver projects successfully.
