About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead significant residential development projects in and around Leeds . You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of construction projects, from planning and procurement through to completion and handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects, ensuring successful delivery.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets effectively.
- Appoint and manage contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage stakeholder communications, including clients, local authorities, and residents.
- Conduct regular site progress meetings and provide detailed reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Project Manager in residential construction or development.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building regulations, and contract management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management software.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
