About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead significant projects in Belfast . You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of construction methodologies and site management. You will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals, working within a respected firm known for its commitment to excellence and its role in shaping Northern Ireland's infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legal requirements.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Construction Project Manager with experience in managing diverse projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and health and safety legislation .
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
