Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complete lifecycle of construction projects, from initiation to closeout, remotely.
Develop, manage, and track project timelines , budgets, and resources using digital tools.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with site teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors via virtual platforms.
Ensure all projects comply with relevant building regulations, health and safety standards , and quality benchmarks.
Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.
Prepare comprehensive project reports and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Extensive experience as a Construction Project Manager , with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively in a remote working capacity.
In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and collaboration tools.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of contract administration and financial management.
