About the Role
Our client is looking for an organized and driven Project Manager to lead residential construction projects in the Belfast area. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, from initial planning and budgeting through to completion and handover. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and site teams, ensuring smooth project execution and fostering strong working relationships. This is a key role within our client's expansion in Northern Ireland's residential sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines effectively.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing project updates.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant construction management qualifications are advantageous.
- Familiarity with project management software.
