About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources.

- Control project costs, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, meeting budget and timeline constraints.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract management, and risk assessment.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., RICS, APM) is highly desirable.
