About the Role
Our client is looking for a skilled and organized Telecommunications Project Manager to join their team, working remotely. This role is essential for driving the successful planning, execution, and completion of various telecoms projects, from network upgrades to new service rollouts. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of telecoms projects , from initiation and planning through to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to ensure financial targets are met.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, fostering effective collaboration and ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Report project progress, milestones, and challenges to senior management and clients regularly.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, preferably within the telecommunications sector .
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing project budgets and resources effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable.
