Overview In this role you will serve as NEC Supervisor on infrastructure projects, ensuring on-site delivery and compliance with NEC contracts. You will align project documentation with site execution, coordinate with stakeholders, and steer delivery within time and budget. The position offers scope to progress toward senior project management and to lead commissions for complex schemes. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to turn project challenges into successful outcomes.
Responsibilities - Act as NEC Supervisor and manage site-based delivery
- Review drawings, specifications and contract requirements to ensure alignment
- Chair project meetings and provide formal reporting
- Manage compliance with NEC contracts and project notices
- Coordinate with client interface and cross-functional teams to meet objectives
- Monitor progress, cost, and quality to deliver on time and within budget
- Lead end-to-end service delivery on larger commissions (preferred)
Key requirements - NEC ECC Project Manager accreditation or ability to achieve
- NEC Supervisor accreditation
- Experience in construction phase of infrastructure projects ( highways, structures, utilities)
- Ability to travel to site for on-site supervision
- Experience with project documentation and managing compliance to deliver outcomes
- Good knowledge of latest legislation, environmental and statutory consents
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience chairing meetings and reporting
