Overview As a Project Delivery Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of engineering and EPC projects in a hybrid work setting. You will steer technical, commercial, and operational performance from award to close-out, ensuring safety, budget adherence, and alignment with client expectations. You’ll manage relationships with clients, contractors and internal teams to drive project success. Responsibilities - Lead project delivery from award to close-out
- Oversee technical, commercial and operational performance
- Set objectives, schedules and delivery strategies
- Ensure safe, on-time, budget-compliant execution per contract
- Chair project meetings with stakeholders
- Identify risks and implement mitigations
- Maintain client and stakeholder relationships
- Manage project cost estimates, budgets and change control
- Provide leadership and development for project personnel
- Promote HSE and quality compliance
- Support continuous improvement and lessons learned
- Office/site/offshore visits to assess performance and strengthen client relationships
Key requirements - Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline
- PMI, APM or equivalent qualification
- Membership of a recognised professional body
- Significant experience in a Project Delivery/Project Manager role
- Experience delivering complex engineering/EPC/industrial projects
- Strong commercial, financial and contractual awareness
- Experience with project planning and scheduling software
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
