Responsibilities - Lead the electrical delivery of complex building services and infrastructure projects
- Manage electrical project scope, subcontractors, suppliers and specialist packages
- Develop and maintain project programmes, schedules, submittal logs and coordination drawings
- Collaborate with design, commercial, construction and commissioning teams
- Lead pre-construction, progress, design and technical meetings
- Manage procurement, material delivery and technical compliance
- Oversee quality control, sustainability requirements and loss-prevention measures
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
- Identify and manage programme, technical and delivery risks
- Ensure accurate as-built information and documentation
- Support testing, commissioning, project completion and handover
- Drive a strong culture of safety, quality and technical excellence
Key requirements - Strong background in Electrical Project Management or MEP Project Management in construction, building services or major infrastructure
- Experience delivering large, technically complex projects
- Healthcare project experience (ideally hospitals or complex healthcare environments)
- Experience in education, public-sector, infrastructure or major building projects is advantageous
- Strong electrical and building-services technical knowledge
- Experience managing specialist subcontractors and supply-chain partners
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive project performance
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills
