Responsibilities - Lead project delivery on mid- to large-scale renewable energy projects with emphasis on construction phase
- Manage day-to-day client engagement and ensure delivery within agreed requirements, timescales, and budgets
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary design and construction of renewable energy infrastructure
- Support procurement with preparation of Employer’s Requirements and contractual documentation (NEC/Fidic/JCT/bespoke)
- Administer and manage contracts including technology supply agreements
- Ensure construction phase aligns with contract requirements and best practice
- Support project governance, including reporting and invoicing, and monitor budgets and programme
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to proposals and quality reviews
- Participate in client interface and build internal/external relationships
- Assist with deliverable reviews and ongoing governance through project lifecycle
Key requirements - Background in project and construction management with commercial awareness of energy sector construction
- Experience leading management of projects in design, procurement and construction phases
- Onshore wind, Solar PV, Hydroelectric experience preferred
