Overview In this role you will lead and support the delivery of water-related capital projects within the FRAM programme, spanning inception to commissioning. You will work with and guide project teams, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure quality, cost, and schedule targets. The position sits in a cross-functional environment aligned to AECOM’s mission to uplift communities through infrastructure. Responsibilities - Manage and deliver capital investment projects, on client-side, across lifecycle stages
- Support option studies, option development, tender documentation, and NEC contract administration
- Coordinate project commissions and ensure successful delivery of commissions
- Attend and minute meetings, prepare progress reports, assist with procurement strategies
- Engage with clients, contractors and stakeholders to stay within scope and resolve disputes
- Oversee risk, quality, H&S, schedule, and contract management for projects
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and cross-functional teamwork
- Assist in business development opportunities and provide contract management support on NEC4 contracts
- Mentor Graduates and Apprentices to support career progression
Key requirements - Infrastructure project management experience in water (essential)
- Knowledge of NEC contracts (PSC and ECC) and ideally NEC ECC accreditation
- Experience in integrated, multi-organisation teams
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Relationship-building with clients, teams, and stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously with Senior PMs/Associates
- Team player with a proactive, adaptable attitude
- Excellent IT skills and numerical/written communication abilities
