Overview As a Project Manager in our Healthcare sector, you will lead complex, multidisciplinary design and construction schemes from design through handover. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage NEC4 contract administration, and keep projects on time and within budget. You’ll build strong client relationships and contribute to business growth through proactive opportunities. Responsibilities - Deliver complex, multidisciplinary healthcare projects across all lifecycle stages (design through handover)
- Maintain regular communication with clients, design teams, procurement, cost engineering, planning, construction, and OHS teams
- Provide NEC4 contract administration and manage contractual processes and risks
- Oversee scope changes via formal change control to minimize impact on programme, cost, and quality
- Establish and maintain client relationships and support business development activities
Key requirements - consultancy or client organisation background with ability to lead construction projects
- Pre and post contract design / project management experience across the RIBA lifecycle
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- NEC4 Contract Administration (Accreditation advantageous)
