Overview In this role you lead end-to-end project management for infrastructure commissions, acting as the main client interface to ensure objectives, time, cost, quality and safety targets are met. You will operate within the Edinburgh team on projects across transportation, defence, utilities, marine and highways, guiding governance, plans, risks and stakeholder engagement. The role offers exposure to large-scale schemes and advisory work, with a focus on delivering measurable client outcomes. You will help shape project strategy and cross-functional collaboration to drive successful delivery.

Responsibilities - Provide strategic advice at project inception to meet client objectives
- Define project requirements and success criteria (time, cost, technical, performance)
- Establish governance, processes and systems for the project
- Create and maintain master project plans and schedules
- Develop resource plans and procure resources
- Lead cross-functional project teams
- Apply performance management with KPIs to improve delivery
- Manage change control and budgeting against forecasts
- Communicate project information through meetings and written updates
- Interface with client, consultants and stakeholders throughout the project
- Advise on Health & Safety and Environmental risks
- Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment issues
Key requirements - Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
- Experience on large schemes (100m+)
- NEC ECC Project Manager accreditation
- Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS preferred
