Overview In this role you will lead delivery of large, complex hydropower projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes. You’ll guide cross-functional teams, manage risks, and engage with clients and stakeholders to advance projects from concept through delivery. The position offers exposure to marquee dams and water infrastructure, with opportunities to grow within Stantec’s UK business. You will shape project strategies and foster collaborative client relationships in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities - lead delivery of large/complex hydropower projects
- command project scope, schedule, budget, and risk

Key requirements - experience managing complex hydropower or large water/energy projects
- project management qualifications (APM PMQ or PMI PMP)
- strong skills in cost, schedule, risk, stakeholder, resource, and governance management
- experience in contractor or consultancy settings on Design & Build projects advantageous
