Overview In this role you lead end-to-end project management commissions for energy and natural resources, including nuclear projects, ensuring delivery on time, cost and quality. You work within a supportive, cross-functional team to shape project governance, plans and risk management while collaborating with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities - Provide strategic advice at project inception to align with client objectives
- Define and maintain project requirements and success criteria
- Establish project governance, processes and master plans
- Manage resource planning, procurement and cross-functional team leadership
- Monitor performance using KPIs and apply change control
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts and cost control
- Interface with client, consultants and stakeholders throughout the project
- Identify, monitor and mitigate project risks; prepare progress reports
- Promote Health & Safety and Environmental considerations across the project
- Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment issues
- Input into management and development of junior staff when applicable
- Improve internal processes and knowledge management across projects
Key requirements - Degree qualified in relevant discipline
- Working towards MCIOB / APM or similar
- Proven experience managing HT&M projects, ideally in a consultancy environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
