Overview In this Project Manager role, you will lead complex service and overhaul projects from start to finish within Sulzer’s Leeds Service Centre, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks, schedules, and commercial opportunities to optimize asset performance for clients in energy and industrial sectors. You will build lasting partnerships by delivering reliable, high-quality service and responding to critical site outages. This position offers hands-on project leadership in a global engineering environment with a strong emphasis on safety and performance.

Responsibilities - Lead project delivery from initiation to close-out
- Serve as main client contact for key accounts
- Coordinate engineering, operations, procurement and field service teams
- Monitor schedules, budgets, risks and resources
- Ensure safe, profitable delivery aligned with customer expectations
- Provide regular progress updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Identify commercial opportunities and project variations
- Support outage planning and execution at customer sites
- Build relationships to secure repeat business and long-term partnerships
Key requirements - Proven project management experience in engineering, manufacturing, maintenance or industrial services
- Experience managing customer-facing projects with commercial accountability
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent planning and organisational abilities
- Proactive problem solving and risk management
- Knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, motors or related industrial systems (advantageous)
- Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent) desirable
