Overview In this role you will lead the VGUK transformation portfolio, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets and risks are mitigated. You will own the project delivery lifecycle from entry to closure and align with global risk management and PMO best practices. You will drive strategic projects, ensuring scoping, resourcing and timely delivery to business objectives. You will also represent PMO governance and support the PMO Manager in reporting and standardisation efforts. This position offers the chance to shape large-scale transformation within a sustainability-focused heating leader.

Responsibilities - Direct the project delivery process from entry to closure
- Own and manage the VGUK transformation project portfolio
- Ensure projects run to agreed timelines, with monitored budgets and risk mitigation
- Lead transformation work streams and ensure alignment with programme strategy
- Escalate issues and ensure wider programme timelines are met
- Deputise for the PMO Manager in reporting, steering meetings and PMO governance
Key requirements - Significant project and programme management experience in a senior role
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management practices
- Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Project certification (APM/Prince2) is desirable
