Overview In this senior role, you will lead service delivery across Finance & Projects capabilities within the UK & Middle East CoE, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and commercially sound legal services. You will work with senior stakeholders to shape delivery models, drive innovations, and guide high-performing legal delivery teams. The position focuses on expanding client solutions, adopting technology, and transforming operations to improve efficiency and outcomes. You will contribute to the CoE’s growth through service innovation and strategic resourcing, delivering measurable performance and client value.

Responsibilities - Engage with Finance & Projects practice groups to define scalable service offerings and tech-enabled solutions
- Manage multiple legal delivery teams in Finance & Banking and Construction & Projects, ensuring service quality and client satisfaction
- Develop firmwide engagement approaches to promote service utilisation and internal collaboration
- Lead career framework development, succession planning and people development
- Support client solutions, validate approaches and present to clients at RFPs and pitches
- Own service performance and commercial outcomes including utilisation, profitability, forecasting, budgets, SLAs and KPIs
- Drive legal-technology adoption and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and client outcomes
- Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives using data and insights
- Contribute to headcount planning and strategic resourcing
- Line-manage paralegals where Delivery Manager presence is lacking
Key requirements - Delivery of service models to meet client demand
- Experience applying service delivery frameworks for efficiency and improvement
- Experience managing multi-disciplined legal services in a high-volume, multi-location setting
- Significant leadership experience including performance management and talent development (paralegals)
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders to adopt innovative delivery models
- Experience leading operational transformation and continuous improvement programs
- Experience implementing or driving adoption of tech-enabled and AI-enabled service delivery
- Strong commercial acumen with financial management, forecasting and budgeting
- Experience in finance and/or construction/projects workstreams (preferred)
